What I do.

I’m a real estate investor and designer with a background that bridges finance, operations, and creative direction. After earning my B.A., I co-founded Arctica Realty Partners, a real estate investment firm focused on revitalizing small multifamily properties in Pennsylvania’s Lehigh Valley. As a general partner, my roles included leading financial analysis, accounting manager, and operations. Our team lead the acquisition of a distressed multifamily property, working directly with contractors to bring units back to market quickly. Since then, I have identified new opportunities, managed operations, and overseen value-add renovations.

To strengthen my foundation in business, I enrolled in the MBA program at Saint Joseph’s University, where I specialized my degree in corporate financial management and marketing. During this time, I also worked at Leica Geosystems as a digital marketing designer. There, I helped launch global product campaigns, build brand systems, and design websites for robotics, medical, and geospatial technologies. After two years of great work, I decided to pursue my passion for real estate looking to learn from the best teams and contribute to managing, developing, and growing investment portfolios.

Beyond my professional life, I’m driven by curiosity and exploration. I’ve studied design across Tokyo, Kyoto, and Osaka, drawing inspiration from Japan’s craftsmanship. I’ve walked the streets of Florence and Rome, taking in the art and architecture that shaped generations of creators. I’ve surfed hurricane waves along the East Coast, skied and hiked through the American Midwest, and trekked through national parks across the country. Most recently, I completed the E5 Alpine Crossing, a week long hike from Germany to Italy through the Austrian Alps.
