Leica BLK for Media & Entertainment

Project Details

Leica Geosystems aimed to expand its BLK laser scanning product line into the media and VFX industries by launching a visually impactful microsite tailored to a creative audience to expand the brand’s technical credibility.

I contributed to both the design and development of the site, including creating the hero animation using Cinema 4D. The animation showcased a dynamic fusion of visual effects and point clouds, highlighting the advanced capabilities of the technology in a visually compelling way.

Project Details

Aura is a face scanning solution developed by Hexagon for the cosmetic and dermatology industries. The goal was to create a digital presence that communicated the product’s innovative edge while maintaining a clean, refined aesthetic. I collaborated closely with stakeholders from the start, helping shape a responsive, user-focused marketing site tailored for a global medical audience.

My Role

  • Led responsive web design to ensure accessibility across all devices

  • Collaborated with another designer to build and implement the site in WordPress using Elementor

  • Presented and refined design iterations with key stakeholders

  • Created an intuitive, visually engaging layout that supported a clear product narrative

Multiple mobile and desktop website design layouts for Aura, a product related to health or wellness technology, featuring images of a woman, product images, and various interface elements.

Design Approach

The visual direction blended beauty and precision:

  • Organic shapes and soft gradients for elegance

  • Curved layouts and layered textures for depth

  • Subtle animations and parallax effects for motion

  • Clear visual hierarchy to guide user flow

We focused on storytelling, building trust, highlighting product benefits, and maintaining a premium feel without overwhelming content.

There is a logo and a request demo link in the top right corner. The main text reads "Beauty in precision. Precision in beauty." and includes the company's stylized logo.

Outcome

Launched just two months after kickoff, the site supported a successful product debut. It was well received internally and now serves as a polished, brand aligned platform for ongoing promotion and future expansion.

BLK2GO PULSE Launch

Project Overview

BLK2GO PULSE is a handheld first-person LiDAR scanner, part of Leica Geosystems’ growing mobile scanning portfolio. I assisted the design and development of the launch marketing pages within our Drupal CMS, collaborating closely with the product and marketing teams to ensure the visuals reflected the device’s cutting-edge capabilities in lidar scanning.

Design Approach

To match the scanner’s compact and high-tech appeal, assisted in the developed of a scroll-driven experience with:

  • Clean sectioning and bold typography

  • Layered visuals to support content flow

  • Stylized 3D renders and animated sequences to visualize the device (used across web and sales)

With limited photography prior to launch, custom visuals became central to telling the product story effectively and consistently.
